Painting Commission for Cricket & Victoria
I also went to Amy’s a took a few photos as reference for your painting. Here are the rough sketches that show two different angles. I personally like the one on the left better as it captures more of the Amy’s vibe. But either could look great as a full painting! Let me know what you both think.
I will come up with a sketch with you two and the backdrop of Amy’s ice cream based on this photo reference you sent. I plan to feature you both sitting at the table :)

Here are some examples of other paintings I’ve done as commissions for people. Instead of close-up portraits, I like to paint people in a scene. So, once we can figure out a scene, I can paint you in it.
Victoria, you were talking about flowers and beautiful light - airy, rich, etc. - Crazy Rich Asians style as a possibility. Are there any particular flowers you both like or that are special to you? Another idea is both of you sitting in a field of wildflowers perhaps. We can think & talk about this more.
Size: 12 x 16” (you would be able to frame it in a 16 x 20” frame, which is very easy to find in stores). If you want to think about your space and change the size, let me know.
Price: $250 + tax (either all at once or we can split it into 2 payments)
(If we go with a larger painting, the price will go up. If we go smaller, it will stay the same - this is the base price.)
I would be able to paint it in January 2026. (We will start with ideas & sketches before that.)
